This page explains how MedicalSpace users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
MedicalSpace currently processes account deletion requests through MANA LLC support.
To request deletion of your MedicalSpace account and associated data, send an email to the address below using the email address associated with your account, whenever possible.

MANA LLC may verify your identity and account ownership before processing the request.
After verification, eligible account data will be processed for deletion according to applicable policies and requirements.
Important: For security reasons, MANA LLC may request additional information when necessary to verify ownership of the MedicalSpace account before processing a deletion request.
Depending on the account and the information associated with it, an approved deletion request may include deletion of eligible data such as:
Account and profile information associated with the MedicalSpace user account.
Eligible data associated with the user's MedicalSpace account.
Eligible user-generated content associated with the account may be deleted where applicable.
Account preferences and other eligible account-related information may be removed.
Certain information may need to be retained for a limited period when required for legal, regulatory, security, fraud-prevention, financial, accounting, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.
Where retention is required, MANA LLC will retain the information only for the period necessary for the applicable purpose and handle it according to its privacy and data-management practices.
Account deletion does not necessarily remove information that MANA LLC is legally required or otherwise permitted to retain.
